OUR FOCUS

We target dated, tired and often overlooked properties throughout the Southern United States. These properties are typically low-rise, garden style apartments between 50 to 150 units.

 

Construction costs have gone sky high in the last few years which has created a tremendous opportunity for us to acquire and renovate these properties for a fraction of what they would cost to build today.

 

We also buy buildings with "down" units which creates a significant opportunity for us to add value and bring additional housing options back to the market.

 

Once a property is renovated and qualified tenants are secured, we're able to reappraise the property and realize the additional value that we've created.

People are voting with their feet. Between remote work, better weather, lower taxes and less government intervention; people are heading south in record numbers.

Both personal and corporate taxes are generally lower in the Southern States. Lower taxes attracts businesses, which in turn creates jobs which of course attracts people.

LOWER COST OF LIVING

People in Southern States typically enjoy a much lower cost of living. Lower housing costs and taxes are a large component of this.
