We target dated, tired, and often overlooked properties throughout the Southern United States. These properties are typically low-rise,
garden style apartments between 50 to 150 units.

Construction costs have gone sky high in the last few years which has created a tremendous opportunity for us to acquire and renovate these properties for a fraction of what they would cost to build today.

We also buy buildings with "down" units which creates a significant opportunity for us to add value and bring additional housing options back to the market.

Once a property is renovated and qualified tenants are secured, we're able to reappraise the property and realize the added value that we've created.
